just about explains "people", or as some say, neuropaths, or neurotypes. i dont agree with the "silly" part. ive mostly seen it used for something so completely useless.

inept

"Inept" means lacking skill or ability; incompetent.

having or showing no skill; clumsy.

not sure where i heard this. checked it up recently.

fearless; adventurous (often used for rhetorical or humorous effect).

hmm. sorta needs a brain to figure that out. lemmingoidial would be similar.
